The overall turnaround time from enquiry to completion is usually around 1-2 weeks, subject to workload. Sometime however this can be much quicker if we find a good idea that we both like. There are also other factors such as response times and additional tweaks required to the concepts and final files.
Initially I will present 3 logo concepts to you for feedback. From experience with previous clients, one of the 3 initial design is usually chosen as a favourite with some feedback or tweaks that then leads to the final design.
No problem at all! After the first set of logos are presented to you, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the logo options or request changes or if you’re really not happy, I can go back to the drawing board and come up with 3 new logo / brand concepts.
I’m willing to work on the project until you are 100% satisfied with the logo and will not stop until that point.
You will receive your logo in all possible fonts, more than you will probably ever need but I like to cover all possibilities from web usage to embroidery. Final web files will include EPS, PDF, JPEG and PNG. Of course if there are any other formats that you need the logo in, I will be happy to supply these as well at no extra charge.
